This data is from the CDC's COVID Tracker Data as of November 14, 2022. These totals are since January 21, 2020.
Note that the case fatality rate ("CFR") reflects deaths as a percentage of cases. It does not attempt to factor for every person who has had COVID-19, such as the untested and undiagnosed.
This data is from the CDC's COVID-19 Case Surveillance Public Use Data API, last updated on October 6, 2022, and has data from 82,422,585 cases. The case fatality rate ("CFR") was calculated as the deaths in the age group divided by the number of cases in that age group. The survival rate is the number of cases that did not result in a death, or "1 minus the death rate."
The CDC's COVID-19 Case Surveillance Public Use Data API (last updated on October 6, 2022 reflecting 87,306,976 cases with 898,950 deaths) presents the presence of underlying comorbidity or disease as a field with the possible values of: yes, no, unknown, or missing. 752,121 (~84%) of the case data with a death has this field marked as "Missing" or "Unknown."
There are 146,829 deaths in the data with either a value of "Yes" (the death had an underlying comorbidity) or "No" (the death had no comorbidity). Of these, 125,487 (~85%) had an underlying comorbidity or disease. 21,342 (~15%) did not.
This data was downloaded directly from the CDC's COVID Tracker Daily and Total Trends on October 16, 2022. The last date with data from the CDC is September 29, 2022.
The Seven Day Moving Average CFR is the case fatality rate based on the seven day moving average of cases and deaths. The calculation is seven day moving average of deaths / seven day moving average of cases .
This data comes from the CDC's chart Pneumonia, Influenza, and COVID-19 Mortality from the National Center for Health Statistics Mortality Surveillance System. The data was last updated with totals through the week ending July 2, 2022.
This data is published by the National Center for Health Statistics and hosted on the CDC's API as the data set Monthly Provisional Counts of Deaths by Select Causes, 2020-2022. It was lasted updated on July 6, 2022.
This is the data from Table S4 | Causes of Death from Dose 1 to Unblinding (Safety Population, ≥16 Years Old) from Pfizer's Six Month Safety and Efficacy of the BNT162b2 mRNA COVID-19 Vaccine , and that the FDA disclosed on page 23 of its Summary Basis for Regulatory Action dated November 8, 2021. Pfizer had reported 15 vaccinated deaths and 14 placebo deaths, with causes of death broken out. When the FDA released their Summary Basis for Regulatory Action, they reported 21 vaccinated deaths and 17 placebo deaths, without reconciliation to Pfizer's version of the study released publicly. Both the FDA and Pfizer reports had statements to the effect that none of these deaths were considered related to BNT162b2.

The data for the graph below was exported from the CDC WONDER system of VAERS data. The dataset includes all data processed as of October 7, 2022. It was downloaded on October 16, 2022.
The graph below displays total deaths reported to VAERS by year for any vaccine. To replicate the data below, visit the request system, agree to terms at the bottom, click "VAERS Data Search" in the middle of the page, group results by "Event Category" and "Year Reported" in Step 1, and ensure "All Locations" is selected in step 4. The CDC WONDER system for VAERS data will display a table, and only exports to a text file. It may be helpful to disable "Show Totals" before running the report.
The stats below also come from the CDC WONDER system of VAERS data, specifically for the COVID-19 vaccines. To replicate these stats, select "Event Category" in step 1, "+ COVID19 (COVID19 VACCINE)" and "+ COVID19-2 (COVID19-2)" in step 3, and "All Locations" in step 4.
On March 8, 2021, the CDC published a Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report with data from PHD-SR ("a large, hospital-based, all-payer database") containing data on COVID-19 patient outcomes and Body Mass Index (BMI). The pool of people selected for the CDC's study included 3,242,649 people 18 years or older who had their height and weight documented while receiving emerge in 2020. Of those, 148,494 patients were diagnosed with COVID-19.
The graph below shows the number of patients from the study that were diagnosed with COVID-19 ("Cases"), the number of patients diagnosed with COVID-19 who were hospitalized ("Hospitalized"), and the number of patients diagnosed with COVID-19 who died ("Death"), grouped by their BMI classification ("Underweight", "Healthy Weight", "Obesity", and "Severe Obesity").
The chart below shows each patient outcome of each BMI classification as a percentage of the total patient outcomes. For reference, the total number of patients in the PHD-SR database from the CDC's report is displayed as the, "Total Cohort in Database." These were all inpatient and emergency department patients who had their height and weight measured.
The chart below shows the percentage make-up of BMI classification for each COVID-19 patient outcome, as well as the percentage make-up of BMI classification for all patients in the PHD-SR dataset with their height and weight measured.
